Part-time Logistics Clerk

The Logistics Clerk will assist the Client with day-to-day shipping and receiving operations. Operations include maintaining an inventory of product, fulfilling purchase orders, receiving shipments, inventory, unboxing, assembling, packaging and shipping logistics.

Wymagania

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tracking inventory and availability of products
• Ensuring order fulfillment through packaging and shipment preparation
• Receiving products, storing them and updating product inventory 
• Communications regarding the status of orders or product inventory

Technical responsibilities:

• Completing paperwork or providing documentation for shipments
• Maintaining inventory, purchases and customer and shipment lists
• Using packaging and shipping best practices to mitigate damage to products in transit
• Speaking to customers or shipping vendors by phone, email and SMS regarding orders
• Entering tracking information and fulfilling orders in Shopify
• Unboxing deliveries and assembling items that could include shelving, desks or tables

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with the ability to work with large quantities of products
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English language
• Team player

Physical Demand & Work Environment:

• Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing and using a computer
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend and climb for extended periods of time
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 kilograms
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English over email, in-person, phone, video conferencing and chat
• Must be able to work from the company’s Kraków office
• Ability to walk to and from the local Post office, traveling from the Paroptik office, to send or receive items
